Founded a decade ago by industry veteran Joseph Dudek, JD Enterprises has become a transformative force in parking consulting. Shortly after our inception in 2015, Jason Scott joined JD Enterprises as a partner, bringing a passion for innovation and technical expertise that complemented Joseph’s industry knowledge. Together, they expanded JD Enterprises’ capabilities and reach, driving the company forward into new markets and opportunities. Their partnership has been instrumental in shaping our journey in parking consulting.

In 2016, as a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE), we played a pivotal role in securing the largest parking guidance contract at that time with LA Metro. This significant milestone set the foundation for our continued growth and success as third-party project managers. It propelled us into a unique position within the parking consulting industry, allowing us to expand our services and forge stronger partnerships.

Building on our early successes, JD Enterprises continued to evolve, expanding nationally in 2017. This growth allowed us to specialize in Asset Management, comprehensive Parking Studies, Audits, and Project Management, serving a diverse portfolio of clients across the country. Our national presence reinforced our commitment to delivering tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and revenue optimization for a wide range of industries.

In 2018, we further pushed the boundaries of innovation with the introduction of Parking PI™, a first-of-its-kind mystery shopping service designed specifically for the parking industry. This service provided clients with invaluable insights into customer experiences from a parking professional’s perspective, allowing them to identify improvement areas, enhance service quality, and optimize operations. Joe Enters the Parking Industry

Joe embarked on his remarkable journey in the parking industry, laying the foundation for his future expertise and leadership. He took on pivotal roles overseeing operations across diverse sectors, including airports, off-airport facilities, hospitals, hotels, valet services, medical centers, on-street parking, municipal contracts, and Class A commercial buildings. His hands-on experience across these domains equipped him with unparalleled industry insights.

1999

Entrepreneurship

Launch of Priority One Parking

Demonstrating entrepreneurial prowess, Joe founded Priority One Parking, an off-airport parking enterprise. He successfully opened multiple off-airport parking facilities to cater to the burgeoning travel demands, setting new standards in customer service and operational efficiency.

2006

Leadership

General Manager at LAX

Joe ascended to the role of General Manager at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), overseeing one of the nation’s largest and most complex parking operations. Under his leadership, the LAX parking system saw significant enhancements in operational performance and revenue growth.

Jason Becomes Operations Manager at LAX

Recognizing exceptional talent, Joe brought Jason onto the LAX team as Operations Manager. Jason’s strategic vision and operational acumen contributed significantly to optimizing the airport’s parking operations and elevating service quality.

Founding of JD Enterprises
